Mark Hicks

Mark Hicks is an entrepreneur who puts his 30 years of business experience to use by teaching management at the University of La Verne and consulting for small businesses at the SBDC. After working for corporations as a manager in sales and executive roles, he started his own company, NHC Medical Supply. Mr. Hicks holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of La Verne and an MBA from Claremont Graduate University.

Annie (Thuong) Bui

Annie Bui is a junior advisor at the University of La Verne Small Business Development Center (SBDC) where she is responsible for assisting businesses in terms of market research, business plans, licenses, and permits.

Malcolm has an established career as an entrepreneur with a strong background in professional management and corporate turnaround work. As an entrepreneur he has founded, acquired and operated a number of companies where he was an owner or a stockholder. He has also operated a number of companies on behalf of investors or stockholders to either turn these companies around or improve underperforming company performance.

Sean Snider

Sean Snider serves as the Director for the University of La Verne Small Business Development Center (SBDC) where he is responsible for delivering client services, working with community stakeholders and leading a team of professionals to assist local businesses to start and/or grow their businesses.
