The University of La Verne is proud to announce the addition of a new Small Business Development Center (SBDC) to assist small businesses in the eastern San Gabriel Valley.
The SBDC program is made possible through a university partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and Long Beach Community College District (LBCCD).
The SBDC program supports small businesses through no-cost, one-on-one consulting and low-cost or free seminars and conferences. The new SBDC will be a part of the Los Angeles Regional SBDC Network serving businesses in Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara counties.
The University will host a Grand Opening on Wednesday, August 6th with various events planned from 11:30AM -4PM to formally introduce the program and its services to the community.
